Telephone & Reception Services
IT Services provides a wide range of business telephone services to all departments within UCLA, and off-campus locations, using Extended Campus Services (ECS).
Reception is one of the services UISPL delivers most frequently. Often, the basic function of the reception service is to greet visitors, make them feel welcome and prevent unauthorized access to the customer's premises.
